Your responsibilities will be to manage several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs. In addition to defining problems, generating analyses, performing valuations, and creating presentations, you will liaise with other areas of the Firm, meet with clients, develop innovative approaches to problems and supervise junior team members. A preferred candidate will have extensive experience in taking on the following responsibilities: • Project management and co-ordination of various M&A deal processes with extensive client liaison • Leading the execution of key aspects of the financing and M&A process such as creating marketing materials, information memoranda and management presentations • Constructing complex financial valuation models • Examining the strategic and financial merits of proposed transactions for marketing purposes • Managing and developing junior staff |
| Требования: |
• Strong financing and M&A execution skills and proven experience gained as an investment banking analyst or associate with a leading investment bank. • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to manage a project team • Excellent client relationship building skills and experience • Education to a degree level • Fluent Russian and English are required |
