To originate sell-side and buy-side business in the Russian mid-cap Market with focus on M&A transactions- Facilitate the link To the brokerage in terms of origination contacts for block trades on publicly listed companies- You will have complete freedom in developing the business and hence A entrepreneurial mind-set is required- Supervise the entire execution process and closely liaise with the CEO’s and board of directors with the target companies |

The Corporate finance business of the bank is focused on transactions in the range of market cap 50-300M USD. Primarily targeting M&A until the ECM markets comes back.- University degree in Finance, economics or business administration- Proven track-record in M&A and ECM and as a rain-maker in the mid cap market segment. - Solid skills in terms of monitoring the execution work of analysts, associates, Vp’s- Used to hard working environment- Exposure to FMCG, Retail, Transport & Logistics sectors is considered as a plus- Fluent Russian and English |
